How submissions are evaluated.
Submission Received
After completing the submission form, your project enters the Aetier review pipeline and is assigned a unique tracking reference.
Tracking ID Generated
A unique secure identification code is issued immediately after successful submission. This code becomes the permanent reference for the project.
Quality Review
Our review procedures examine artistic presentation, technical execution, overall quality consistency, originality indicators, and professional standards.
Decision Published
The final status is published within the tracking system and can be verified at any time using the assigned reference code.

Every submission receives a unique Tracking ID immediately after it enters the Aetier system. This identifier acts as the official reference for your project throughout the review process.
Using this unique reference code, applicants can access the verification portal and follow the status of their submission in real time. As the review progresses, the system provides secure updates reflecting the current stage of evaluation, ensuring complete transparency throughout the certification process.
When certification is granted, the Tracking ID becomes linked to the public verification record, allowing anyone to validate the authenticity and status of the certification directly through Aetier's verification infrastructure.
