I. Terms of Service

1. About Aetier

Aetier is a digital platform designed for independent creators to submit and evaluate music-related content. The platform provides structured evaluation and feedback based on submitted materials.

Aetier may evolve over time and introduce additional features, including optional paid services or enhanced functionality.

2. Submissions and Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of any music, portfolio, or metadata you submit. Aetier provides an independent evaluation of your work. This evaluation is informational only and does not guarantee industry recognition, distribution deals, or commercial outcomes.

3. The Tracking ID System

When you submit a link, the system generates a unique Tracking ID. This serves as your primary way to access your submission status.

• Keep it safe: We do not offer password resets or identity-based account recovery systems.
• Loss of access: We cannot recover submissions without the Tracking ID.

4. Basic Disclaimer

We provide this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aetier and its operator shall not be liable for service interruptions, accidental data loss, or external outcomes resulting from our evaluations. Please keep your own backups of your work.

• Artist alias or entity name
• Contact email address
• URLs to your music or portfolio
• System metadata (submission timestamps, evaluation status, and Tracking ID)

Aetier does not host or permanently store audio files. We only process submitted links and related metadata.

We process your submission data based on your consent when you use the service. We may also process essential metadata based on legitimate interests such as platform security, system functionality, and abuse prevention.

Aetier is an independent digital platform. The project may generate revenue through commercial partnerships, licensing, internal certification or evaluation services, technology integrations, optional paid features, or other lawful activities related to the operation and development of the platform. Aetier is not represented as a non-profit organization unless explicitly stated otherwise.
